Refund Policy

If any rescheduling needs to be made to the transport after payment is made, due to shipper or receiver needs, an additional fee may or may not be incurred. Any scheduling changes due to Air Carrier are completely out of the control of InCabinpets and will be communicated as soon as they arise.

 

Rescheduling will be accommodated for transports not completed on time; however NO REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED UNLESS WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE WITHIN (5) DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL SCHEDULED DELIVERY WINDOW. Due to the nature of our business, if a transport is canceled by the shipper or receiver after payment is made there will be NO Refund issued.

 

To keep our prices competitive, we use many methods to keep our fees low including but not limited to the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets, therefore we are unable to provide refunds of any kind. A $150 non-refundable booking fee will be deducted from all refunds.

 

We have no control over cancelled flights, oversold flights, weather, or any airline delays

 

If we provide flight info for your delivery on one of your requested dates and you do not accept, we will try to accommodate your new request. If we cannot you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you choose a standby option and we are not able to make the intended flight we will gladly get you rescheduled. If we can not get you rescheduled within a 5 day period you will qualify for a refund of your deposit.

If you choose to cancel before we have provided flight info your deposit will be forfeited.

**If you choose to cancel a delivery at any point after it has been scheduled once or before the 14 day grace period (Standard Deliveries) or 5 days (Rush Deliveries) $100 booking fee is non-refundable.
