InCabinPets allows our customers the comfort of being able to get text and email alerts of their pet's flight status for departures and arrivals and more flight information. You can also view this information on our customer portal and see real-time flight tracking, real-time pet tracking, wellness photos pre and post-flight, and your pet's current flight status.

Real-Time Pet Tracking uses GPS technology to provide real-time location updates for your pet. This is done via the InCabinPets Nanny mobile app which connects to Wi-Fi (if available) and transmits the location of your pet in flight.

Flight Information and Tracking Our customers and nannies get real-time alerts via text/email about any flight departures/arrivals or delays and also provide all of the flight details such as airport codes, dates/times, flight # and more. This information can also be accessed on the InCabinPets portal where you can see the real-time flight tracker.
